Monica and Mike killed it during their rooftop engagement! I had so much fun with them and they even celebrated with a champagne pop at the end! I love shooting sessions on the rooftops at parking garages. You get to see the sights in the distance, plus the beautiful sky. Another reason I love rooftop sessions is because it’s usually pretty empty and private. I definitely recommend this type of session for engagements or even just a fun couples session, just make sure they allow you to take photos there first. Some places don’t allow it.

Mike and Monica’s outfits are a perfect example of what to pick for your session! Their outfits work well together and they look great against the backdrop the rooftop offered. They went with neutral colors, which always look amazing, and help keep it simple. Since Mike’s shirt had a pattern, Monica went with a simple dress to keep their look cohesive. It’s important when picking out your outfits to not only coordinate, but also wear clothes that make you feel comfortable!! After all, the session is about you, so rock whatever you feel comfortable in!
